Are all GOGOLI pieces handmade?

Yes. Every GOGOLI piece is individually handmade by us in Türkiye.

We work slowly and often focus on one piece at a time, allowing each design the time and attention it requires. From the first stitch to the final finishing detail, every stage of the making process passes through our own hands.

Who makes the products?

Every GOGOLI piece is created by Gönül and Şükriye, the hands behind the brand.

Each piece you see is designed, handmade, carefully inspected and completed by us.

Are the products ready to ship or made to order?

This varies from one product to another.

Some designs are available in very limited ready-to-ship quantities, while others are made especially after an order is placed. The preparation time for each piece is clearly stated on its product page.

Made-to-order pieces may require a longer preparation period. We do not rush the making process, because we believe that time is part of what gives a handmade piece its character.

Will my handmade piece look exactly like the photographs?

We carefully follow the design, materials, colour and measurements shown on each product page.

However, the way a garment fits and falls may vary depending on your height, body proportions and individual shape. Before placing your order, please review all listed measurements carefully.

Garment measurements are taken while the piece is laid flat. Whenever possible, we also show garments on a model to provide a clearer idea of their overall proportions and fit. Model photographs are intended as a visual reference and cannot guarantee that the piece will fit every body in exactly the same way.

Because every piece is handmade, slight variations may occur in stitch tension, texture, measurements or the placement of individual details. The structure of the yarn, the construction of the pattern and the natural movement of handwork may also create small differences from one piece to another.

These small and reasonable variations are not, by themselves, flaws. They are part of the character of genuine craftsmanship and help make every GOGOLI piece unique.

Will the colours look exactly the same in person?

We photograph our pieces as accurately as possible.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting conditions, photography, screen settings and the device being used. Please allow for small differences between the colour displayed on your screen and the actual piece.

Can I request a different colour or material?

Available colours and yarn options, where applicable, are shown on each product page.

Should you have a request outside the listed options, please contact us before placing your order. We will always consider your request with care; however, availability depends on the design, the materials currently available and our existing production schedule.

Changing the yarn may affect the weight, texture, drape and overall character of a piece. For this reason, not every material is suitable for every design.

Can I request different measurements?

Limited measurement adjustments may be possible for selected garments and textile pieces.

Please contact us before ordering and share the measurements you would like us to consider. We will let you know whether the requested adjustment is suitable for the structure and proportions of the design.

Because every pattern has its own construction and balance, some pieces cannot be resized without changing their original character.

Where can I find sizing and material information?

Fibre content, product measurements, sizing information and other important details are provided on each product page.

For garments, we recommend comparing the listed measurements with a similar piece you already own and find comfortable. Measuring a garment while it is laid flat often provides a more reliable comparison than using body measurements alone.

How should I care for my GOGOLI piece?

Care requirements vary depending on the yarn, fibre content, construction technique and intended use of the piece.

Please follow the care instructions provided on the product page and, where applicable, included with your order. Gentle handling will help preserve the shape, texture and handmade details of your piece for many years.

Should you be uncertain, please contact us before washing the piece or applying any treatment.

Do you accept custom design requests?

From time to time, we may consider custom requests relating to colour, measurements or selected details.

However, we do not reproduce or copy the work of another designer or maker, and we may not be able to accept every request. Any custom piece must remain consistent with GOGOLI’s materials, techniques and design language.
