Used in a way that falsely suggests an association with or endorsement by GOGOLI

without prior written permission.

GOGOLI does not claim exclusive ownership over traditional craft techniques, public-domain motifs, general ideas, common stitches, or other subject matter that cannot legally be protected.

GOGOLI’s rights relate to protectable original expression, branding, photographs, written material, creative arrangements, distinctive designs, and other legally protected elements.

6. PRODUCT SAFETY AND EU GPSR INFORMATION

GOGOLI is the manufacturer of the handmade products it produces and offers through the GOGOLI online store, unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

GOGOLI products are designed, handmade, assembled, or carefully finished in Türkiye.

A customer must not knowingly submit a fraudulent, fabricated, misleading, duplicate, or materially incomplete complaint or claim.

This does not prevent a customer from making a genuine complaint, exercising a mandatory right, reporting a suspected safety concern, or using a lawful payment, regulatory, or judicial procedure.

This website and transactions with GOGOLI are governed by the laws of Türkiye / İstanbul, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law applicable to them.
